More specifically, your tasks will be:
- • Expansion of DanCenter's customer portfolio, e.g. new sales to potential customers with holiday homes, with a focus on creating value for customers.
- • Intake of new houses via inquiries and outreach work.
- • To profile and market DanCenter's holiday homes and to hold events with customers and partners.
- • Preparation of mediation agreement, floor plan drawing, house description and coordination in relation to photography with the local office.
- • Ensure profitability and results in your Area.

DanCenterand Danland is headquartered in Copenhagen, but is locally represented in many Danish holiday resorts. DanCenter has three brands; DanCenter & Danland and Admiral Strand. DanCenter & Admiral Strand is a rental of holiday homes mainly in Denmark, but also in Norway, Sweden and Germany. Danland is a rental of holiday apartments in holiday centres around Denmark.
DanCenter is one of the largest intermediaries of holiday homes in Denmark and has agreements with many thousands of holiday home owners – a total of approx. 10,000. It requires a sizable and strong team. A team with competence, good collaboration skills and an understanding of professional management of the rental of holiday homes.
DanCenter is owned by OYO – OYO Vacation Homes.
